Our Process

Discovery

It's important for us to get to know each other. We don't produce cookie-cutter designs or campaigns, so we start by learning about your business, your customers, and what your goals are. Every small business is different, so let's create something special.

Design

Once we've become acquainted with each other, we'll start to working on your project. We don't believe in long cycles, so we'll jump between testing to ensure we're always on the same page. You'll be involved in the process and we'll always have an open feedback loop, so you're heard loud-and-clear.

Review

We like to review a lot and review often. Rather than completely design something, only to find out it wasn't what you wanted, we follow the Lean Startup method and jump between the review and design stages to achieve the best possible results for your small business.

Launch

After a thorough review/design process (and review/development process, if we're creating a WordPress website for you), we'll be ready to launch. We'll test your website against modern web browsers and make sure everything is working nicely. Then we'll pop the Champagne!

Loop

We're naturally perfectionists, so if you'd like us to stay on-board after we're done, we'll start our process again-and-again to help you grow and improve your small business. We'll use all your new shiny data and metrics to make something great even better!
